VAL audio is a German Professional Audio manufacturer founded by Musicians. We are a young & dynamic company designing and manufacturing Professional Speakers and Amplifiers. Our objective was to get back to where it all began - The Love of Music. We go beyond technical excellence, to primary artistic considerations - the reproduction of Sound in a manner the composer, artist intended. We believe that if the sound equipment is able to fulfill this criteria then the music will definitely “move you”.

Our products represent “German precision, engineering & workmanship”. We are extremely passionate about what we do and strive to produce the best products at the right price. All our products have the best possible price performance ratio. This we achieve as we are a small yet strong company without large marketing overheads. We are financially independent and hence can concentrate on R&D and manufacture products that we are proud to use ourselves.

Our products are not designed by Marketing and Accounts departments. They are designed by us “Music lovers” and are a result of us listening to the requirements of our customers – Musicians, Bands, Sound hiring companies, Club & Bar owners. We believe in making products that are efficient. All our speakers have high sensitivity and hence require relatively lower wattage amplifiers to produce high SPL. All speaker cabinets can be used for FOH, as monitors and are flyable. Our amplifiers are audiophile grade professional amplifiers, designed for extreme performance.

All our speakers use premium custom made components from the best European manufactures. Our engineers work closely with engineers from the component manufacturers to ensure our stringent requirements are met. There is a 24 point quality check on all the components being used. All our speakers are made from humidity free premium Birch plywood. The paint is Hexion (USA) and Touring grade, Scratch resistant with a textured black mat finish.

The VX series is our High Performance Range of speakers. The VX series easily outperforms substantially more expensive products from other leading manufacturers. The Tops being dual purpose - FOH as well as Monitor, reduce the need for additional inventory. The VX 218s is a 2000W subwoofer producing a max SPL of 138 dB. It features a V shaped symmetric vented loaded design. The mounting of the dual 18-inch cone drivers maximizes cone area and minimizes front area, It features a very compact footprint for a dual 18” subwoofer. It effortlessly outperforms other subwoofers from leading manufacturers in the market.

The ZX series is our Premium range of loudspeaker systems. Only high end components are used in this series. This series is designed as a no holds barred reference series to outperform the best in the market. The ZX 15 / ZX 12 are bi-amp operation only speakers with 800W+100W power handling. The ZX 218s HP is a Large format, direct radiating 3000W subwoofer producing a mind boggling max SPL of 144 dB. It uses premium neodymium drivers. This subwoofer can be used with all major large format line array systems.

Great sounding speakers are only as great as the signal you feed them and hence we design and manufacture our own amplifiers. All our power amplifiers feature audiophile grade sound with the topmost reliability and road worthiness required. All VAL amplifiers use premium components, from leading manufactures. They are stable even under complex 2 ohms loads. They all feature comprehensive and centralized protection circuitry that only comes on when needed. This enables them to be pushed to their limit without sacrificing the sonic quality.

The X series is our High performance range of Power amplifiers. This Class H design feature legendary performance and reliability. They are 3 models – the X3000, X4000 & X5000. The X5000 Power amplifier produces 2 x 1800 watts @ 4 ohms and has a damping factor > 800. It is ideally suited for subwoofer use since it features a high current drive and good damping factor. VAL audio X series are designed for the most demanding user from live touring to fixed installation applications.

Our soon to be launched Z series is a Ultra high performance series. These are a Class D range of power amplifiers featuring network control.
